Most scans take 30–45 minutes. More detailed studies, such as pregnancy anatomy scans, may take a little longer.
Absolutely. You are welcome to bring a support person to your ultrasound.
Ultrasound results are typically sent to your referring clinician within 24 hours. In urgent cases, reports are prioritised and may be available within one hour.
That’s fine. If our clinical team needs any additional information, we’ll contact you before your appointment. You’re also welcome to reach out if you’re unsure — our team can help confirm the appropriate scan type based on your referral.
Due to limited space in our clinical rooms, we recommend bringing only one or two support people. This helps maintain a calm and focused environment during your ultrasound appointment.
